Ordering
Orders are currently to be placed via the Tuxshop website only.
Shipping
Shipping will take place within 24 hours since payment have been received on normal work days.
A flat rate of R50 is charged for shipping.
Products are shipped via Speed Services Couriers.
Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail once your package is dispatched.
Returns
In the event of defective disc, we will do whatever is in our power to rectify the problem.
Note that for our CD distribution service, we do not take any responsibility for the actual software or content distributed on the disc(s).
